Mad Dogs Hong Kong Limited is the group's parent company. MDHK is responsible for the executive management of all the outlets (Mad Dogs HK, Mad Dogs San Antonio, Joe Bananas, Chinatown and Shanghai Martini) providing central services, supervision and support to the pubs. The company operates from a large Head Office which houses the accounts, personnel, legal, design and staff development departments. In addition, The Head Office conference room provide a venue for management and staff training seminars.

MDHK is also the vehicle through which the company is aggressively pursuing new opportunities in new markets. The company maintains a flexible approach, and has fielded and investigated diverse proposals in Hong Kong and abroad. Those proposals have included offers to take up franchises in the companies, as well as offers of direct investment and partnerships both in the bar/restaurant trade and other businesses.

Having found its beginnings in creativity with an eye for opportunities, the company intends to maintain the flexible approach that it has taken so far.
