A few prestigious Martini drinkers...

FDR
He made Martinis with great enthusiasm but was said to be a sloppy mixer.

Richard Nixon
Liked his Martinis about seven to one and was reportedly drinking Martinis the night the Watergate crisis drove him from office.
Ernest Hemingway
The famous writer also enjoyed Martinis. His favourite was the "Montgomery" named after a WW2 English Field Marshall who calculated his odds on the battlefield to be about fifteen to one.
James Bond
007's Martini was actually a Vesper-2ounce of gin, 1 ounce of vodka, a splash of lillet, "shaken not stirred" with a twist of lemon.
W.C. Fields
According to witnesses, the film comedian drank two quarts of Martinis per day, even when on the movie set.
